If you have not recieved your validation email it may have been delivered to your junk email box. If you want emails from our system to reach your inbox we suggest you whitelist our domain www.shareyourblues.com within your email provider.

We would first suggest creating your own profile. You also need to decide which information you wish to be public or private in your profile. Your user account has a personal blog which you can journal within. Each blog entry can be private, public, for specific group members, or for just for specific members of the network. Feel free to join groups by simple going to the tool menu on the top and selecting groups, open the group by clicking on the name and on the left hand menu click join group. For closed groups you need to click on Request Memebrship.

Once registered you will see a menu bar on the top and bottom which allows you to access multiple features on the website. To chat with members Click on Who's Online at the bottom right hand side of the page and send a message to anyone who has a green light next to their name. Group chat is the second icon on the bottom left hand side.

We promote you to upload any information which is pertinent to helping people with depression such as articles, recovery videos, or songs which inspire you. We do not allow fowl language on the website and this is not a crisis intervention website or a website to provide therapy, so if you are in crisis call 911 or any of the resource numbers listed on www.shareyourblues.com

ShareYourBlues.com reserves right to delete any content it deams innapropriate and to inactivate any users who are innapropriate with other members by being agressive such as bullying or any sexually innapropriate language. This is not a dating website and any abuse of these rules will result in having your account removed. We are not affiliated with any race, sect, or institution and do not descriminate against anyone and do not not allow our members to descriminate against others on the website.

If you feel a member is abusing the rules of the website, please copy the content that is deamed innappropriate and forward this information to contact@shareyourblues.com   and we will eliminate their account if needed after reviewing the interaction.
